We offer you, your family, friends or colleagues an unforgettable stay at Ochr Cottage, directly located on the River Alyn, surrounded by ancient Woods, green rolling meadows idyllic for those who love to wake up and be amongst nature's beauty. We have up to 4 good sized bedrooms rooms, large kitchen available. There is a front room (4 x 7 m) room with a great fireplace to watch TV, read books or simply relax. The Dining room (4 x 10 m) gives also enough space for playing inside on a rainy day.
If guests have booked the entire house, guests have full private access to all areas of the cottage and surroundings and in the summer you even could pick your own fruits.
We can arrange BBQ on the River, walks through the woods and evenings can be spent relaxing in our hot tub (£20 per day). Massages can be pre-booked. If are you looking for a venue to host a special event, we are able to arrange buffets/music, at an extra cost.
If you are looking for long walks outdoors, bird watching or just having a great time.... here is the place to be.

Riverside Farmhouse has been lived in continuously since at east the 14th century. Its charm is that each period of habitation can be seen within the building itself, including both wall and roof structures The last addition being in the 18th century. Basically buildings within a building. Starting from a welsh longhouse through to a small manor house complete with an outside 12th century well chapel.
It is situated alongside the river with wonderful views, with a garden full of wild birds and it has its own private garden
Options for renting the farmhouse include:
Entire house: Sleeps 7 in 2 double rooms, 1 single room and a twin room (with bunk bed, unsuitable for very young children) with plenty of room for extra sleeping with agreement. This option includes private access to all areas including the kitchen, 2 lounge areas and the garden.
Separate B&B hub: A wing of the upstairs can be rented privately, sleeps 3 in a double and a single room. This option includes a private shower room and shared kitchen, lounge and garden access.
It overlooks the river and the deer paddock can be viewed from the conservatory.
Full house sleeps 7 with plenty of room for extra sleeping with agreement.

Originally a winter cattle stall for milking cows, Alyn view has been converted into a basic 2 bedroomed bungalow.
It overlooks the river and the deer paddock can be viewed from the conservatory. It is self contained with two double bedrooms and a sleeper couch. It has its own private garden.
